Fernando Alonso named best in 2012

Chiefs teams of the Ferrari Formula 1 pilot declared the best Formula 1 driver for this season.

Although Fernando Alonso remained without a title that ended in the hands of Sebastian Vettel, but the Spaniard was named the best driver for the 2012 Formula 1 championship. 
Only eight of the 11 representatives of the F1 teams will award Alonso with 25 points (the highest rating) and Fernando Alonso by 71 points even more than Sebastian Vettel (ratio votes 269-198) has been named the best F1 driver in the recently completed season. Third place went to Briton Lewis Hamilton. This is the second time Alonso won this award and it once again in the final race lost the title.
